Consultation Appointment – Creating Samples
The first step is to contact us to set up a consultation appointment. At this appointment we will work together to design as many personalized samples as you like. We understand the importance of being able to see your invitation before you place your order so we always create samples for you to keep. You can modify any of our designs in almost any way (shape, colours, embellishments). It will take us 1-2 weeks to create your samples and the cost is $20 per invitation sample & $10 per save the date sample.

Viewing The Samples
Our next appointment will be about 2 weeks after the consultation appointment. At this time you will view your samples & the quote and we will discuss any changes you would like to see. We keep the process very flexible – you may like the font from sample A but the colour combination from sample B. We want your invitation to be perfect and completely suited to your style and event so we are open to whatever suggestions and modifications you’d like to see. You get one revised sample based on our discussions, further design changes will be subject to additional fees.


Placing Your Order
Once you are happy with the design of your invitation we will draw up a contract with a request for 50% deposit. We will send any text changes via PDF documents within a week of contract sign off. The remaining balance will be due when you pick your invitations up or when they are shipped to you.
